Booking & Reservations
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7+ days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 3-6 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations are handled case-by-case.
Safety & Liability
Customers agree to follow all safety guidelines provided by our operators. Riders must meet age and weight requirements. DFW Texan is not liable for injuries resulting from ignoring operator instructions or safety guidelines. All events require a signed liability waiver.
Equipment & Space Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate space and power access as specified in their rental agreement. Damage to equipment caused by misuse or negligence may result in repair charges.
